Please take notice that the Town of Hamden, on December16th, 2025, enacted the Ordinance 2025-16, being titled the Town of Hampden Wind Energy System Ordinance.
This Ordinance sets requirements for wind energy systems in the Town and covers matters relating to permitting, construction, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning of those systems and enforcement of this Ordinance.
