TOWN OF HAMPDEN PLAN COMMISSION & PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 at 6:00pm. the Plan Commission of the Town of Hampden will hold a public hearing at the Hampden Town Hall, N1291 Cty N Columbus, Wisconsin on the following:

For site address N955 Mickelson Drive, Raymond G & Diann Mickelson Living Trust and David Mickelson, Trustee, propose to create a 4.5-acre lot around the existing residence on parcel 380 that will front on Mickelson Drive. The proposed lot will be rezoned to the RR-1 Rural Residence district. The remnant 35.5 acres of parcel 380 will remain zoned A-1 Agriculture. To maintain a density of one home per 35 acres in the Town of Hampden for the existing home, all 40 acres of parcel 360 will be restricted from further residential development by rezoning to A-1 Agriculture with A-4 Agricultural Overlay.

The Plan Commission will hold its regular meeting immediately following the conclusion of the public hearing to act on the above matters and any other business that would come up.
